Made it to Lill St on Sunday afternoon after a very busy morning filled with brunch and more baby stuff shopping.  Huzzah, yet another trip to Ikea!  Anyway, I got some fire clay stoneware, as I had primarily been using white stoneware for the last few months.  It was like throwing with butter, which may sound strange.  But it was super responsive and hearty.  I could manhandle it with ease.  So in preparation of the one sale I participate in each year, I was able to throw 5 knob-n-alls (or is it knobs-n-all?), two smallish bowls, and 2 bottles.  Even tho the sale is in November, I need to get the bulk of pieces thrown in August.  With the baby coming, I probably won’t have much (read: any) time to throw after she makes her appearance…
