So let’s see, what have I done in the last week. All 2# bowls have been trimmed and the remainder are being bisqued as we speak. Also trimmed the 5 knobs-n-all and are in the same bisque kiln, along with a couple experimental bottles. Threw some parts for pieces that will be a cross betwixt a French Onion soup bowl and a Katakuchi (scroll down for examples). I’m excited to see how they turn out. The great thing about getting ready for this sale is that it is forcing me to work quickly, allowing for new ideas to be examined. Guess I just need to glaze quickly too…As it is production mode, I am also getting much better at throwing the same size piece with the same amt of clay, and it doesn’t seem tedious. I promise, I’ll get some pics up here sometime. Really…

Hey Chris, nice to see the work you are doing. Talked to Karen the other day…says you may be doing a workshop later in the year? Hope to take it!
